About the Author
Kelsey Phillips spent six years in Texas public schools teaching secondary students English and writing. She was distinguised as a district STARS Teacher of the Year and New Jersey Writing Project Texas Trainer. Her passion for students, writing, and Jesus have merged into a ministry called College Bound on Solid Ground equipping high school girls for the full college experience. Kelsey is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. She and her husband Chandler live in Shreveport, Louisiana.
